Accommodating groups of up to 8 people, this house is the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or travelers eager to explore the true Atlantic Cádiz — a land of light, salt, and tradition.
Built in 2024, the house features four cozy, carefully decorated double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Casa ad Mare has been designed to be enjoyed all year round, whether in summer or winter.
Each bedroom can be arranged as a double or twin, depending on guests’ needs. In addition, a spacious second guest lounge on the semi-basement level, with natural light and ventilation, together with the adjoining bedroom and a generous bathroom, creates a large, independent area that can easily be used as a comfortable guest apartment.
The house is therefore designed to accommodate 6 to 8 guests, depending on whether the semi-basement level is included or not.
Its outdoor areas and gardens are designed for open-air living all year round: a large travertine marble dining table next to a spacious lounge area under the glazed front porch, a lawn area for relaxing, an outdoor kitchen, and a wonderful open-air shower with hot water complete the experience.
