Built in 2024, the house features four cozy and thoughtfully decorated double bedrooms, which can be arranged with either double or twin beds to suit guests’ needs. In addition, a second guest lounge on the semi-basement level can be converted into a fourth bedroom, offering natural light and ventilation. The house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
From its contemporary architecture, open to the surrounding landscape, to its warm and versatile interior, everything at Ad Mare invites you to reconnect with nature and enjoy every moment.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private terraces, and views of both the sea and the mountains. One of them is over 20m² in size. In total, the house offers three bathrooms (two of them en-suite), plus a convenient outdoor shower with hot water—perfect after a day at the beach.
The main living room, with its cozy atmosphere, is designed as a space for gathering, relaxation, or inspiration. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Adjacent to it, an outdoor porch features a dining area and a lounge space—perfect for enjoying the fresh air all year round.
The outdoor areas and gardens are designed for open-air living: a large travertine marble dining table, a grassy area for relaxing, and a wonderful outdoor shower with hot water complete the experience.
