Casa Badillo, managed exclusively by Califa Casas, is located in the heart of the medieval centre of Vejer, along a pedestrianised street, in a neighbourhood of cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. It is close to the main church and the Castle. The house is spacious and bright, with an original and carefully thought out decór. It is a short stroll from the Plaza de España. It is the ideal house for those looking to work from home, disconnect with a group of friends and family or for those wanting to immerse themselves into Vejer´s way of life.
Casa Badillo has a large central courtyard which is home to the bright and airy kitchen/dining area thanks to the natural light which enters from the retractable skylight (electrically operated). On the ground floor, there is also an entrance hall, cloakroom, office space and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The living area can be found on a lower level and has sofas, a desk and a chaise-longue.
Steps lead to a galleried landing on the first floor of which you will find the Master double bedroom with ensuite shower and bathroom and 2 windows overlooking the narrow street. There is also a twin bedroom with 2 windows overlooking the courtyard and an ensuite shower room which also has steps leading up to the roof terrace.
In another part of the house, steps lead up to a family room which consists of a double bedroom with Juliette balcony and a single bedroom with ensuite shower room. Steps lead to a further double bedroom also with ensuite shower room. In this part of the house, there is a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace.
The roof terrace is spacious with exterior dining furniture, seating, sunbeds, outdoor shower and views of the city walls.
