We welcome you to Casa Música y Luz. With large panoramic windows and sunlit terraces, the house offers breathtaking views of the surrounding pine forests, the Sierras Retin and Plata and the luminous coastal landscape of the Costa de la Luz. On clear days, you can even see the coast of Morocco on the horizon and, in the evening, the glittering lights of Tangier.
This modern open-plan two-storey house is located in a quiet area on the highest street in the new part of Vejer. Thoughtfully designed and fully equipped, the first floor has a large living room and kitchen that opens onto a spacious terrace, which consists of a sink ideal for a refreshing dip. A small hallway leads to a corner with sofa and there is a bathroom with full bathtub.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is a relaxing open-plan space with a long balcony offering spectacular views. You can admire the scenery from the comfort of your bed or enjoy a morning coffee at the balcony table and chairs. The upper floor also includes a large walk-in closet and a generous bathroom. In addition, there is an optional single bedroom down the hall (note that there is no door separating this bedroom from the master suite).
The House of Music and Light also has use of the community swimming pool and a padel tennis court.
Please note: Unlike the other houses of Califa Casas, this property is located in the new part of Vejer, with a 15 minute walk to the center of the old town. There is ample parking on the street.
