The main entrance is off a pedestrian street and leads into a spacious entrance hall with Juliet balcony.
Steps lead up into the spacious yet cosy living/dining area decorated with deep strong colours, oak flooring and art deco lighting. A lush velvet sofa, leather armchairs and oak dining area are framed by high wooden beamed ceilings. The integrated and bespoke kitchen contains all modern appliances as well as a Belfast sink, Duritti floor tiles and marble worktop. The dining table can extend to seat 6. There is a separate cloakroom on this level.
A marble staircase leads up to a first floor sitting area with Italian stone floor, art deco style sofa and 2 boucle and walnut armchairs. French linen curtains frame the windows overlooking the high street below and a sophisticated drinks cabinet and mirror are tucked into the corner.
The beautifully presented Master bedroom (bed – 180cm) is furnished with a stylish headboard and leather armchair. Draped curtains separate the dressing area which contains fitted bespoke wardrobes. The large ensuite bathroom has a 1.7m walk-in shower, double sinks, vanity unit and separate WC. Both bathrooms in the house have Italian tiles and bronze fittings. The large floor to ceiling mirror and 2 full length windows let in plenty of natural light.
The second double bedroom (bed – 150cm) is hidden away on the ground floor and can be accessed via the main entrance hall or a separate on-street entrance, making this property ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4 with older children. It has been decorated using calming hues and has a separate sink and an ensuite wet room.
Narrow open-tread stairs lead from the Master suite up to the roof terrace with views, the ideal place to chill-out after a day on one of the Costa de Luz beaches. Here you will find an exterior dining area, a summer kitchen (ice machine, drinks fridge, dishwasher, glassware), laundry room (WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink) and coal barbecue. There is also a secluded Moroccan chill-out zone with views towards the church and comfortable seating. The terrace is south-east facing meaning it has a sunny disposition and enjoys views towards the church, castle and city walls.
