The integrated and bespoke kitchen contains all modern appliances as well as a Belfast sink, Duritti floor tiles and marble worktop. The dining table can extend to seat 6. There is a separate cloakroom on this level.
A marble staircase leads up to a first floor sitting area with Italian stone floor, art deco style sofa and 2 boucle and walnut armchairs. French linen curtains frame the windows overlooking the high street below and a sophisticated drinks cabinet and mirror are tucked into the corner.

Narrow open-tread stairs lead from the Master suite up to the roof terrace with views, the ideal place to chill-out after a day on one of the Costa de Luz beaches.
