Vista La Janda is a typical Vejer property. The entrance is via a patio full of colourful plant pots. There is a table and chairs, the ideal spot to take morning coffee. The property has been refurbished in a contemporary style with a mixture of modern and artisan furniture, traditional archways and unique work by local artists.
The front door leads from the patio into the kitchen and living/dining area with large sofa and dining table. There is a laundry room and modern shower room.
Five steps lead down to the exterior terrace and the light and airy bedrooms. There is a double bedroom (180cm x 200cm bed) with seperate stone sink and a twin bedroom (beds can be joined together on request). Both have A/C, wardrobes and views of the coast.
The house benefits from a terrace with views of the sea, Barbate, Zahara de los Atunes and La Breña Nature Reserve, an idyllic place to walk, cycle and birdwatch. The terrace is perfect for exterior dining or a drink whilst the lights of the African coastline twinkle in the distance.
